Job summary

Wellvance Community Mental Health Authority is seeking a Community Living Support Floater to assist individuals in Iosco, Ogemaw, and Oscoda counties with daily living skills and independence. You will work under Person-Centered Plans to promote recovery and inclusion within the community.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers comprehensive benefits and training. A valid Michigan driver’s license and willingness to travel are required, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Michigan driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a good driving record.
• U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and travel within the service area.
• Lived experience with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders valued.
