Wellvance Community Mental Health Authority seeks a Community Living Support Substitute to assist individuals with daily living skills and community inclusion in Michigan. You will support client independence, teach meal prep, budgeting, and personal care while documenting progress and following guidelines.

The role requires a valid Michigan driver's license, travel within the service area, and a compassionate, organized approach to supporting individuals with mental health and developmental
