Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts seeks a Residential Counselor to support individuals in achieving greater independence in residential and community settings. You will provide direct care, guidance, and skill-building, helping with daily living activities while promoting safety and well-being.
You’ll work on individualized plans, assist with transportation and community resources, and document progress.
Competenze
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record required.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities are essential.

- Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
- Assist individuals with transportation and accessing community resources as needed.
