Job summary

RealManage, a technology-driven HOA management firm, seeks a Lifestyle Manager to plan and execute a year-round calendar of social, recreational, and wellness activities that enhance residents’ quality of life and build community.

You will coordinate logistics, engage residents, manage vendors and budgets, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure amenities are ready for events. Excellent organization and communication are essential to foster professionalism and a positive, inclusive community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an annual lifestyle/events calendar aligned with the HOA vision.
• Organize events such as holidays, concerts, classes, and family activities.
• Coordinate logistics: venue setup, staffing, vendors, equipment, and supplies.
• Oversee event-day operations for safe, smooth resident experiences.
• Build rapport with residents to boost participation and feedback.
• Support resident-led clubs, ensuring HOA policy adherence.
• Promote events via newsletters, emails, social media and signs.
• Source and negotiate contracts with vendors and service partners.
• Maintain event budgets and track expenses for cost-effective programming.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on budget planning and reporting.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure amenities are prepared.
• Monitor facilities during events and manage post-event cleanup.
• Maintain event calendars, attendance, and program reports.
• Ensure events follow HOA safety regulations and standards.
• Assist with HOA communications as needed.
• Plus other work-related tasks as needed.
