Job summary

RealManage is seeking a Lifestyle Manager in Naples, FL to plan and execute a year‑round calendar of social, recreational, and wellness activities for residents. The role requires creativity, strong communication, and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.

Responsibilities include event planning, vendor negotiations, budget management, and promoting community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in event planning, recreation programming, or lifestyle management—HOA, club, or resort experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a diverse annual lifestyle/events calendar aligned with the HOA’s vision and resident demographics.
• Organize events such as holiday celebrations, concerts, fitness programs, workshops, classes, clubs, and family activities.
• Coordinate logistics including venue setup, staffing, vendors, entertainment, equipment, and supplies.
• Oversee event-day operations to ensure safe, smooth, and enjoyable resident experiences.
• Build rapport with residents, promote events, and support resident-led clubs and committees.
