Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to support daily community management, assist with move-ins, and coordinate resident programs and events. The role collaborates with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The position involves greeting residents and guests, coordinating tours, managing communications, and creating monthly calendars and newsletters. A focus on outcomes and marketing alignment is essential for success in this onsite role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing property management or leasing environments.
• Ability to coordinate events and resident programs.
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents and assist with tours as needed.
• Answer calls, route inquiries, and callbacks.
• Manage guest suite schedule, move-ins/outs, and loading dock/elevator calendars.
• Track packages and notify residents of deliveries within 24 hours.
• Maintain amenities in tour-ready condition and plan events using the space.
• Develop and assess programs and events with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain local area information for residents and build vendor relationships.
• Manage lifestyle email communications and marketing of events.
