This part-time role supports public service, library transactions, and materials handling, contributing to a welcoming, customer-centered library experience. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and organizational skills, and comfort with new technology as the library evolves.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with library card registration and checking out/returning materials.
• Assist in preparation, delivery, and receipt of Library materials; receive payment from customers.
• Provide assistance to customers with Library equipment.
• Restock and shelve materials, including shelf-reading as needed.
• Assist in opening and closing the location.
