Atrium Centers in Muskegon/Grand Haven, MI is seeking a Community Liaison to serve as a key ambassador, building referral partnerships and connecting residents and families to the care they need.

This role blends sales and outreach, requiring relationship-building, independent work, and collaboration with leadership to grow census and align with marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in healthcare sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement referral marketing plans to support census growth.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement effective referral marketing plans to support census growth

• Meet and exceed census goals while aligning with facility and organizational marketing strategies

• Maintain active knowledge of competitors, market dynamics, and acuity trends

• Identify partnership opportunities with healthcare providers and community organizations

• Coordinate and deliver in-services to support business development initiatives

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of facility services, programs, and offerings

• Identify unmet community needs and support new program or service development

What You Bring

• One (1) to two (2) years of experience in healthcare sales and marketing

• Experience supporting multiple sites preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Professional, relationship-driven approach to sales and outreach

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership teams

• Positive, dependable, and goal-oriented mindset
