Job summary

Atrium Centers in Grand Haven, MI is seeking a compassionate CNA/STNA to join our 34-bed, 100% employee-owned community. This full-time position offers 2nd shift hours, with PRN flex shifts and hourly pay plus HERO pay, in a supportive, resident-focused team.

In this role you will provide resident care according to individualized care plans, assist with daily activities, maintain infection control procedures, record vitals, and uphold residents’ rights.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA/STNA certification and active state license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-minded attitude with willingness to learn.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset.
• Commitment to providing compassionate resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to individualized care plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and safety.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Record vitals and document accordingly.
• Report concerns or violations of residents’ rights immediately.
