Job summary

Atrium Centers in Michigan is seeking a Community Liaison to serve as a key ambassador, building referral partnerships and connecting residents and families to care.

You’ll develop referral marketing plans, deliver presentations, grow census, and support business development across multiple centers in Gladwin, Grayling, Houghton Lake, and Lincoln. This ESOP-driven organization values relationships, community presence, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in healthcare sales/marketing.
• Experience across multiple sites preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional, relationship-driven sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement referral marketing plans to support census growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Conduct sales calls to identify new and potential referral opportunities.
• Deliver presentations within the facility and in the community.
• Meet and exceed census goals while aligning with marketing strategies.
• Manage referral relationships with emphasis on payer mix and market trends.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors, market dynamics, and acuity trends.
• Identify partnership opportunities with healthcare providers and community organizations.
• Coordinate and deliver in-services to support business development initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of facility services, programs and offerings.
• Identify unmet community needs and support new program development.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain active knowledge of competitors, market dynamics, and acuity trends
• Identify partnership opportunities with healthcare providers and community organizations
• Coordinate and deliver in-services to support business development initiatives
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of facility services, programs, and offerings
• Identify unmet community needs and support new program or service development

What You Bring

• One (1) to two (2) years of experience in healthcare sales and marketing
• Experience supporting multiple sites preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, relationship-driven approach to sales and outreach
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership teams
• Positive, dependable, and goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent attendance and reliability
