Job summary

Cedar Creek Hospital of Michigan seeks a Community Liaison to act as the bridge between the facility, community, and referring agencies. You will develop demand for services using ethical marketing and sales methods while spending significant time on the road to nurture partnerships.

Collaborating with the Director of Business Development and team, you will present a professional public image of the facility within the community and drive referral growth through strategic relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferred focus in marketing, business or related field).
• Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
• Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies.
• Responsible for creating demand for the facility’s services through ethical marketing principles and sales methods.
• Spend extensive time on the road forming and maintaining community partnerships.
