Job summary

Canyon Creek Behavioral Health in Temple, TX seeks a Community Liaison to be the bridge between the facility, community, and referring agencies. You will implement ethical marketing and sales practices to create demand for services and present a positive public image in collaboration with the Director of Business Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, marketing, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum two years in referral development, account management, or physician relations.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the facility and referral sources; conduct facility tours for key stakeholders.
• Develop and modify weekly sales action plans; contribute to overall business development strategies.
• Monitor referrals and admissions; plan strategies to maximize referral potential.
• Maintain 8–10 daily face-to-face contacts with referral sources to discuss programs and outcomes.
