Job summary

Canyon Creek Behavioral Health in Temple, TX is seeking a Community Liaison to connect the facility with the community and referral sources. You will implement ethical marketing principles and sales methods to create demand for inpatient and outpatient services, collaborating with the Director of Business Development to present a positive public image.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor Degree in behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum of two years in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships.
• Licensure: Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between the facility and referral sources and implements service-oriented action plans responsive to referral source needs.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends and uses that information to adjust weekly sales action plans and overall strategy.
• Monitor referrals and admissions and plan strategies to maximize referral potential.
• Engage in 8–10 face-to-face contacts daily with referral sources to discuss programs, treatment philosophies and outcomes.
