This role emphasizes relationship-building, education of partners about home care services, coordinating care, and representing the company through outreach and in‑home visits to prospective clients, with monthly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales or business development experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.
• Promote and educate partners on home care services, clearly communicating value and identifying client needs.
• Serve as the primary liaison between referral sources, clients, and internal teams to coordinate care and ensure a smooth start of services.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners to support satisfaction, address concerns, and strengthen long‑term relationships.
• Represent the company in the community through outreach efforts and in‑home visits with prospective clients.
• Monitor market feedback and referral activity, providing insights and recommendations to improve growth and marketing strategies.
• Stay informed on company policies, procedures, and industry trends; participate in team meetings and support overall team goals.
