Job summary

FirstLight Home Care of Goodyear is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven professional to grow our West Valley presence by building partnerships with hospitals, physician offices, and senior communities.

You will network at local events, educate partners on the value of home care, generate referrals, and collaborate with our operations team to ensure an excellent client experience in the community.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident speaking with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community leaders.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Healthcare marketing or medical sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physician offices, senior living communities, social workers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Represent FirstLight Home Care through community networking, presentations, health fairs, and local events.
• Educate referral partners on the value of home care services and why FirstLight is the trusted choice.
• Identify opportunities to generate new client referrals and grow the business.
• Follow up consistently with referral sources to build long-term relationships.
• Track outreach activities and referral opportunities.
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure an exceptional experience for clients and referral partners.
• Help develop creative marketing strategies to increase community awareness.
