Senior Helpers in Flagstaff is seeking a dynamic Marketing, Digital & Sales Manager to drive strategy and scale growth for our Flagstaff location. This leader will foster an environment with vision, direction and support for teams impacting company growth and client outcomes in home care.

The ideal candidate brings health care sales experience and an entrepreneurial spirit, with hands-on marketing and sales development in home care, and a track record of building strong referral networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent combination of 5+ years of relevant work experience).
• Experience with aging population needs is desirable.
• Senior home care experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrable sales, sales development, and sales management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Internet and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in developing a marketing strategy.
• Oversee marketing budget allocated by Branch Manager.
• Formulate strategies for partnerships, joint ventures and alliances.
• Negotiate to ensure revenue growth.
• Develop strategies for client care, resource utilization and growth.
• Inform community organizations about services.
• Build relationships with referral sources to drive growth.
• Provide education to the community about services.
• Follow up on referrals and leads to optimize client experience.
• Monitor competitive landscape and identify market expansion opportunities.
• Perform other duties as needed.

The Marketing, Digital & Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing new and innovative marketing methods. This leader’s essential objective is to drive strategy and scale growth. Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in developing a marketing strategy
• Oversee budget for marketing provided by the Branch Manager
• Formulate strategies for both new and existing partnerships, joint ventures and/or alliances
• Negotiate and influence to ensure revenue growth.
• Participate in the development and implementation of specific strategies that will ensure high-quality client care and effective utilization of resources, for growth and financial viability.
• Provide information to community organizations on services provided
• Develop strong relationships with referral sources to assist in the growth of the organization
• Provide education to the community on services provided
• Follow up on all referrals and leads to ensure the best client experience
• Maintain awareness of competitive landscape. Identify opportunities for market and client expansion, and new business development.
• Perform other tasks as assigned or needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required.
• Ability to learn software programs quickly.
