Job summary

RIM Recruitment Professionals in Georgetown, TX is seeking a self-motivated Community Liaison to serve an assigned hospice services territory. You will build meaningful relationships, promote hospice offerings, and connect patients with the right services at the right time.

The role emphasizes outreach to physicians and health systems, educating families, and driving referral volume while maintaining compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience.
• Hospice or palliative care marketing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• Proven track record building and sustaining referral relationships.
• Prior clinical experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
