Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience in healthcare.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, SNFs, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular outreach and relationship-building visits across the service area.
• Serve as an advocate for our services, explaining our philosophy and approach to prospective referral sources.
• Lead initial conversations with patients and families about our care services, facilitating informed decisions with empathy.
• Drive referral growth and census expansion by positioning our organization as the provider of choice.
• Maintain strong working relationships with key staff and community agencies.

Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 + Uncapped Commission
