The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a respectedhospice provider in the DFW Metroplex, to identify a compassionate, relationship-driven HospiceCommunity Liaison. In this field-based role, you will serve as the face of theagency, building trusted relationships with physicians, healthcare facilities,and community organizations to grow hospice and palliative care programs.
Reporting to the Managing Director of Marketing, youwill expand referral networks and connect patients and families withcompassionate, high-quality hospice and palliative care, ensuring they receivethe support, comfort, and dignity they deserve.

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Buildand maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skillednursing facilities, and community organizations
- Representhospice and palliative care services through community outreach andeducational presentations
- Developand execute territory growth strategies while meeting referral andproductivity goals
- Analyzemarket trends and maintain accurate activity tracking in Salesforce
- Collaboratewith the Director of Marketing, Chief Nursing Officer, and leadership tosupport educational programs, palliative care expansion, and strategicinitiatives
- Ensurecompliance with all healthcare marketing regulations and agency policies
- Serveas a trusted resource to referral partners while promoting compassionate,patient-centered care
- Participatein ongoing professional development & continuing education
- Serveas a liaison between the community and the agency, providing insights onlocal healthcare and customer needs
- Promotethe agency's mission, philosophy, and administrative policies
- Performother duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor'sdegree from an accredited college or university preferred
- 2+years of healthcare sales experience required; Hospice experience stronglypreferred
- Provensuccess in relationship-based sales and territory development

- Self-motivated,organized, goal-oriented with excellent communication & presentationskills
- Experienceusing Salesforce or similar CRM platform
- Independentfield-based work with professionalism and emotional intelligence
- Abilityto pass a criminal background and reference check
- ValidTexas driver's license, Reliable transportation and current auto liabilityinsurance
- Balancesitting, driving, standing, and field work
- Managedeadlines in a fast-paced environment & build strong communityrelationships
- Remaincomposed, professional & approachable in high-pressuresituations
