The role blends sales, customer service, and marketing to help our communities thrive. Prior leasing or real estate experience and familiarity with Yardi are strongly preferred, with opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Leasing or real estate experience is required.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.
• Drive the leasing process and close deals.
• Deliver outstanding service to exceed expectations.
• Manage lease files and maintain accurate records.
• Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes.
• Update social media and assist with advertising.
• Stay informed about local market trends.
