This role blends sales, customer service, and marketing to help our communities thrive. You will manage lease files, use Yardi for leasing, update social media, and stay informed about local market trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
