Fairfield Residential is seeking a Part-Time Community Leasing Associate for Landara Apartments. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, deliver excellent service, and help our community thrive.

The role combines sales, customer service, and marketing, with a schedule of 24 hours per week across three days, including two weekdays and Saturdays. Prior leasing or real estate experience is a plus, and Yardi proficiency is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.
• Drive the leasing process and close deals.
• Deliver outstanding service to exceed expectations.
