Mercy Housing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage the leasing and occupancy cycle, delivering friendly customer service to prospects and residents while marketing the property to meet occupancy goals.

Applicants should have at least two years in customer service or sales, with leasing experience preferred; a high school diploma is required. Pay is $22–$23 per hour, on-site, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in customer service, sales, or related field.
• One year leasing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare offices and show units for guests.
• Communicate with residents and process service requests.
• Design campaigns and generate leads to meet occupancy goals.
• Represent the property at events and maintain credibility.
