Job summary

A leading property management company is seeking a Leasing Specialist responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service ethos and at least 2 years of sales or customer relations experience. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred. The position requires adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Compensation ranges from $18 to $19 per hour. Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Low-income housing & tax-credit experience is highly desired.
• Flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide A+ customer service at all times.
• Greet and qualify all prospects.
• Record all telephone and in-person visits.
• Inspect models and units, communicate service needs.
• Secure new resident signature(s) prior to move-in.
