Qualifications

• Fair Housing Certification, willingness to obtain prior to interacting with prospective residents.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computer, phone, and office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria; record visits on reports.
• Showcase models and apartment features; close the sale.
• Process applications and deposits; ensure move-in readiness.
• Maintain resident files and renewals; monitor notices and inspections.
• Assist management with various tasks and uphold community policies.
• Maintain curb appeal and plan resident functions.
