Job summary

RBM Management is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent in Columbia, AL, to welcome prospective residents, tour communities, and guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish. You'll maintain accurate records, provide exceptional service, and help retain residents while supporting marketing and community engagement efforts.

Weekend availability and a valid driver's license are required. This role offers growth opportunities, on-the-job training, and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of leasing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sales, hospitality, customer service, or property management experience.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations or the ability to learn quickly.
• Weekend availability required.

• Section 42 experience preferred

• Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a growth mindset
• Valid driver's license required
• Weekend availability required
