Qualifications

• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency with MS Office and RealPage software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify them; record visits on reports.
• Process applications, run credit checks and update availability.
• Prepare lease paperwork and secure deposits following procedures.
• Maintain resident files and conduct regular inspections.
• Support marketing efforts and respond to resident requests.
• Ensure courteous, professional service and adherence to policies.
