Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust's La Hacienda Apartments in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Leasing Professional to welcome prospects, tour homes, and showcase community amenities to guests. You will assist with applications and lease documents, maintain accurate resident information, and deliver friendly, professional service while supporting the onsite team in a busy, neighbor‑focused community.

This role requires five-day scheduling with Saturday presence; previous customer service, retail, or hospitality

What Does a Leasing Professional Do?

Leasing Professionals are often the first people prospective residents meet when considering one of our communities. You'll help create a great first impression while supporting the leasing process and providing excellent service to prospective and current residents.

Schedule Expectations

Leasing Professionals work a five-day schedule that includes every Saturday. Sunday availability may also be required based on community needs and occupancy.
