Job summary

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Leasing Professional at Cypress Lake at Stonebriar Apartments in Frisco, TX. The role centers on welcoming visitors and guiding them through the leasing process with a strong emphasis on service.

You will conduct tours, showcase community amenities, process applications, and keep accurate records while delivering top-notch customer service to prospective and current residents. Weekend availability is required on a five-day schedule.

What Does a Leasing Professional Do?

Leasing Professionals are often the first people prospective residents meet when considering one of our communities. You'll help create a great first impression while supporting the leasing process and providing excellent service to prospective and current residents.

What You'll Do

Schedule Expectations

Leasing Professionals work a five-day schedule that includes every Saturday. Sunday availability may also be required based on community needs and occupancy.
