Job summary

Columbia Residential seeks a Community Leasing Specialist in Orlando to market, show, and lease multifamily and affordable units. You will respond to applicants, conduct tours, and manage renewals while delivering excellent resident service and adherence to LIHTC guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating move-ins, preparing lease documents, and supporting community operations. A strong sales mindset, customer service focus, and familiarity with property management software are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• LIHTC knowledge and basic property management software experience preferred.
• GED required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and drive occupancy with strong sales approaches.
• Assist day-to-day operations including phones, data entry, and resident events.
• Conduct site tours and showcase model apartments and amenities.
• Develop marketing campaigns and generate leads to maintain activity.
• Maintain inventory of available units and renewals data.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and lease documentation.
• Pre-qualifications and rental verifications per policy.
