Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years property leasing experience; 1–3 years managing others.
• Strong MS Office skills and written/verbal communication.
• DL required; ARM/CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Community Supervisors, Leasing Specialists and Resident Service Specialists.
• Monitor accounts receivable, collect rent, and maintain rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial & leasing reports.
• Process evictions and lease renewals; execute leases and files.
• Coordinate with maintenance for move-ins/outs and unit readiness.
• Assist with site leadership, resident relations, and safety compliance.
