Job summary

Westminster Management is seeking a personable leasing professional to greet prospects, tour communities, and guide applicants through the leasing process. You will manage tenant accounts, collect rents, and address delinquencies while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

You will also market properties, assist with renewals, and coordinate with the Property Manager to ensure move-in readiness and high occupancy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management or collections experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Teams and Zoom.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, give personalized property tours, and welcome residents.
• Close deals by guiding applicants through the leasing process.
• Market properties via social media, events, and campaigns.
• Manage tenant accounts, collect rent, process payments, and address delinquencies.
• Generate financial reports to track balances and delinquent accounts.
• Assist with leasing, renewals, and occupancy growth.
• Collaborate with the team and support the Property Manager.
