Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management or collections experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Teams/Zoom).
• Experience with property management software, Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects with a smile and give personalized property tours.
• Close the deal by guiding applicants through the leasing process.
• Market properties via social media, events, and campaigns.
• Manage tenant accounts, collect rent, process payments and address delinquencies.
• Generate financial reports to track balances and delinquencies.
• Assist with leasing, renewals, and occupancy goals.
• Collaborate with the team and support the Property Manager when needed.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and maintain compliance with policies.
