Landmark Properties seeks a Community Ambassador in Flagstaff, AZ to guide prospective residents through the leasing process, support leasing goals, and participate in marketing and community events. You will conduct tours, generate leads, follow up, and assist with campaigns under the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager.

The role requires strong organization, reliability, and time management, with evening and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Guide prospective residents through the LEASE process and close sales per guidelines.
• Generate new leads, schedule tours, and conduct tours.
• Lead follow-up and assist in promoting the community via social media and events.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and maintain detailed activity logs.
• Ensure compliance with housing policies and participate in Turn-related activities.
