Job summary

Home Life in Corvallis, Oregon, seeks a dedicated Job Coach to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in integrated community employment and pre-employment skill development.

The role requires availability Wednesday through Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:01 p.m., with varied hours but a guaranteed 30 hours per week. You will report to the Vocational Services Program Manager and work within the Vocational Services team to ensure quality services.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass initial background checks and maintain compliance.
• U.S. citizenship or legal work status.
• Must be 18+, valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to complete required and annual training.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with IDD in integrated community employment.
• Assist with pre-employment skill development programs.
• Maintain documentation and progress in Therap system.
