Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and one year of administrative, technical, or program support experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Some positions may require more specialized education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of assigned CIO programs and initiatives.
• Maintain and update program records and data in databases.
• Process applications, documents, grants, and invoicing.
• Coordinate meetings and engage with community partners and internal staff.
• Prepare materials and reports to support funding delivery in a timely, transparent manner.
