Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree plus one year of admin, tech, or program support experience.
• Ability to manage records, data, and sensitive information with accuracy.
• Strong written/spoken communication and customer service skills.
• Facility with databases, documents, and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program records, files, and electronic repositories.
• Receive, log, and process program applications and documents.
• Process grants financial management and invoicing.
