• 3+ years in insurance sales or customer advocacy.
• Proficient with agency management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to explain policy details in plain terms.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving orientation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent client-facing experience.

• Manage an existing book of business with annual reviews.
