The Atlantic District in Bethlehem is seeking a community-oriented Insurance Agent to understand personal or business protection needs, advise on coverage gaps, and maintain ongoing client relationships. You will be the local face of our agency, helping families protect what matters most with transparent guidance and flexible scheduling.

This role requires a PA Property & Casualty license, with a path to Life and Health licensing within six months.

Qualifications

• Valid PA Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Ability to obtain Life and Health license within 6 months of hire.
• Strong comfort with digital documentation and office software.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local community members to understand their protection needs.
• Evaluate coverage gaps and suggest insurance solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with existing clients to ensure policies serve them well.
• Manage daily sales activities and follow-up to grow the client base.
• Collaborate with internal team to refine local outreach strategies.
• Provide educational guidance on insurance topics to build trust.

Education

Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License
