The Atlantic District in Denton, MD is seeking a Multi-line Agent who will guide neighbors in selecting comprehensive home, auto, and business coverage. You’ll listen to stories, explain policies in plain language, and build lasting client relationships while upholding integrity and community trust.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses for the state of Maryland.
• Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-volume customer consulting.
• Expertise in navigating complex insurance policies and explaining coverage details in plain language.
• Strong command of office software and CRM platforms for managing client records.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Advise community members on the best ways to protect their homes, families, and businesses through comprehensive coverage.
• Proactively review existing client policies to ensure they remain relevant as their life circumstances shift.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with local residents by being a consistent, reliable resource for all insurance questions.
• Manage and maintain a clean, organized pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with our agency leadership to refine outreach strategies that resonate with our neighbors in Denton.
• Maintain accurate documentation for every client interaction to ensure seamless service and compliance.
