Job summary

The Atlantic District is seeking an Insurance Agent to lead growth, operations, and client service for a Farmers agency in Somerset, PA. You will meet with clients, discuss goals, and build trust through clear guidance while supporting a stable, community-driven office culture.

Responsibilities include tailoring plans, servicing inquiries, and maintaining records as you grow relationships with individuals and small businesses in the Somerset region.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• Proven sales and client relationship management experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to explain policy details clearly.
• Comfort with digital insurance software and standard office tech.
• Reliability for daily operations in Somerset.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local community members to understand personal or business insurance needs.
• Create customized coverage plans that provide real security for clients.
• Manage inquiries and proactively reach out to potential policyholders to explain offerings.
• Review existing client accounts to ensure protection levels remain appropriate as lives change.
