You will build customized coverage plans, manage policy renewals, and cultivate relationships with community networks to expand our reach. The role emphasizes genuine human connection over cold calls, with hands-on training and a clear path for long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or client advisory services.
• Deep familiarity with State College and surrounding local communities.
• Strong comfort with digital documentation and agency management systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client meetings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and business owners throughout State College to discuss their risk management needs.
• Create customized coverage strategies that provide actual security rather than just a policy number.
