The Atlantic District in York, Pennsylvania is seeking a motivated Multi-line Insurance Agent to help families and businesses protect their future. You will build relationships, assess coverage needs, and guide clients through policy selections with professionalism and care.

You will review existing plans, identify gaps, and present tailored solutions while collaborating with teammates to stay ahead of market trends and deliver exceptional service to our local community.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Experience in a consultative sales role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills to manage lead pipelines.
• Desire to help community members navigate complex choices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local families and business owners to understand their long-term protection goals.
• Identify gaps in coverage and present solutions that provide real peace of mind.
• Conduct thorough reviews of existing policies to ensure they still meet evolving needs.
• Manage new policy applications from initial inquiry through final issuance with accuracy and care.
• Participate in local community events to build brand awareness and connect with neighbors.
