Job summary

The Atlantic District in Indiana, PA is seeking a General Insurance Agent who can help clients understand insurance options with a focus on clear, compassionate conversations. You will meet with residents and business owners to discuss coverage needs and present tailored quotes in plain language.

You will manage policy details, maintain records, and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client protection.

Qualifications

Current Property & Casualty license for PA.
Experience in insurance sales or high-volume client services.
Strong command of computer systems and policy management software.
Proven ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Clear and effective written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing insurance regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

Meet with community members to discuss coverage needs and explain policy details clearly.
Prepare and deliver personalized insurance quotes matching client risks.
Follow up with existing clients to review policies and ensure coverage remains current.
Handle incoming inquiries with a welcoming, respectful demeanor.
Maintain accurate digital records of interactions and policy changes for compliance.
Collaborate with office staff to streamline onboarding of new policyholders.
