Job summary

The Atlantic District in New Castle, Pennsylvania, is seeking an Elite Insurance Agent who builds real relationships with neighbors. You will manage your own pipeline, assess client risks, and guide the application process, contributing to a trusted, small-town community presence.

You will work with a supportive team, have room for professional growth, and participate in local events to represent the agency with integrity.

Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license.
Three or more years of experience in consultative sales or relationship management.
High school diploma; college degree is a bonus.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.
Ability to commute daily to our New Castle office.
Prior experience with commercial lines or life insurance products is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking and community involvement.
Evaluate the specific risks of each client and recommend coverage options that provide genuine peace of mind.
Prepare accurate quotes and manage the full application process from start to finish.
Regularly review existing accounts to ensure our clients have the coverage they need as their lives change.
Collaborate with our local support staff to ensure every policyholder receives consistent, high-quality care.
Participate in local community events to represent our agency and foster lasting connections.
