Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
• Previous experience working in an insurance agency or brokerage.
• Strong comfort level with computers and customer management software.
• Ability to navigate complex policy documents clearly for clients.
• Valid drivers license for local meetings.
• Residency near Washington, PA or willingness to commute daily.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews to identify coverage gaps and offer meaningful protection to families and businesses.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients through networking and community engagement.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes that balance cost with comprehensive coverage needs.
