Job summary

Access Services seeks a Community Participation Supports (CPS) Supervisor to lead a mobile team that helps adults with intellectual disabilities and autism build meaningful lives in their communities. You will supervise DSPs, provide coaching, and ensure high-quality supports aligned with individual plans.

The role involves travel across Upper Bucks, Lehigh, and Carbon counties, with possible base in Bethlehem or Orwigsburg. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred in education, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Two years of supervisory experience in social services preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly within the service area and work in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in diverse community settings.
• Coach DSPs on career development and engagement.
• Provide direct care and direct support hours as needed to meet program goals.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Coordinate with individuals and their support teams for goal attainment.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with agency standards.
• Contribute to hiring and orientation of new DSPs.
• Review case progress and update Person-Centered Support Plans.
