Job summary

Access Services is seeking a CPS Supervisor to lead a mobile team delivering Community Participation Supports for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. You will supervise DSPs, support staff development, and ensure alignment with Person-Centered Plans to foster independence and community connection.

The role requires travel across Upper Bucks, Lehigh, and Carbon counties, with potential base in Bethlehem or Orwigsburg.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred in education, special education, psychology, counseling, gerontology, social work, or therapeutic recreation.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in social services preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for community-based work.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision to multiple DSPs across varied settings.
• Coach DSPs on career development and employee engagement.
• Provide direct care and direct support hours as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation as assigned.
• Assist in hiring and orienting new DSPs.
• Review case documentation and ensure timely implementation of plans.
