Job summary

Access Services in the United States seeks a Community Participation Supports (CPS) Supervisor to lead a team serving adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. The role emphasizes person-centered planning, staff supervision, and community engagement to foster meaningful, independent lives.

The CPS Supervisor will travel regionally, oversee services, and ensure high-quality supports, with an office base in Bethlehem or Orwigsburg and a mix of community-based and office work.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in social services (highly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in education, special education, psychology, counseling, gerontology, social work, or therapeutic recreation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and develop their skills.
• Provide direct care and support hours as needed.
• Travel region to support staff and build community partnerships.
