Job summary

Access Services is hiring a Community Participation Supports (CPS) Supervisor to lead a team supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to build meaningful lives in their communities.

The CPS Supervisor will oversee services, supervise DSPs, and align efforts with individual Support Plans, with regular travel in Lehighton, Pottsville, and Bartonsville. Office base may be Bethlehem or Orwigsburg, with a mix of community and office work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, social work or related field preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience in social services preferred.
• Certification: ANADD, RBT, CNA, or BCBA preferred if bachelor’s degree not met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in various settings.
• Engage DSPs in coaching conversations about career development and engagement.
• Provide direct care hours as needed and oversee service delivery.
• Participate in on-call rotation as assigned.
• Assist in crisis resolution and program planning discussions.
• Participate in hiring and orientation of new DSPs.
• Conduct regular case reviews and assessments.
